We will always guarantee the quality of the product we ship to you. Just drop us an email within 24 hours after receiving your merchandise if you are not satisfied with the product we delivered.
Domestic shipping and handling start as low as $1.99 for order under $40.00 (depending on location First Class Mail). For the exact shipping and/or handling amount, please refer to the shipping/handling rate uppon checkout of your order.
When the shipping rate differ from the shipping/handling rate quoted on your order, we will contact you for the new rate approval.
Please keep in mind that on International orders the shipping costs are the same up to 1 Kg (1000 grams ) flat fee, e.g. if order 1 package of 30 grams the shipping costs will be the same as for 1000 grams.
Most International shipping costs are $13.95 worldwide.
Some companies ship cheaper International, but not using Priority Mail USPS, as we do.
This will take from outside the U.S. eg. to Canada or Euope, 2 to 3 weeks, instead of 4 days with us !
If not shipped Priority Mail ( 3-5 days ) the Tempeh Starter can be weaker, and who wants to wait that long!.
We want all our international customers having the same quality of tempeh starters,
and not wait 2 to 3 weeks before arriving.
Uppon arrival store starter in refrigerator ( 1 - 3 monts ) or freezer ( years ).
We do not make any profit on the shipping charges. The shipping charge is the actual cost imposed by the US Post Office. We currently ship our items domestic to consumers in the United States including Hawaii and Alaska.
International orders are ofcourse very welcome, we ship worldwide,. We will contact international orders if additional charges are involved, but mostly because of the light weight of our products this rarely happens, but if, we will contact you first, and only then, we charge and ship. We ship out every next working day.
